Having worked in retail for over 28  years I  experienced a spiritual awakening. I became aware that my core purpose in life was not aligned with my daily experience. Having explored a variety of models and therapies to explain my new found understanding I came to the conclusion that my limiting beliefs were holding me back from my true purpose.

I went on to study a diploma in CBT and over time studied and researched the teachings and theories of the most influential and significant Neuro Scientists and Spiritual Teachers. I have since studied the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and His Spiritual guide to conscious manifestation scholarship. I  was able to create my own business through manifestation and have the tools to help others manifest their dreams too. 

I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centred around helping my clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values goals, limiting beliefs and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes through manifesting whether that's financial, relationships or career
